Overview of the Tour

The Khustai National Park, Kharkhorin, Ongi Monastry, Bayanzag Flaming Cliffs and Khongor Sand dunes are getting incredible interest from the tourists who travel to Mongolia. And Eagle Valley, the rest of the valley is absolute scenic and serene which provide a beautiful background for leisurely walk. Once you enter the gorge there is a stream running through it which you must cross numerous times. The flowers, plants, and animals are just as fascinating. Built in 17th century, the Ongi monastery was among the largest temples in the country and was a home for over 1,000 monks. It was an important centre in the region before it was destroyed in 1939 during anti-religious purges carried out under the Communist Party of Mongolia.
